Many young people in Luton lack access to role models who share their cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Despite Luton’s diversity, leadership, professional industries, and mentorship networks do not reflect this representation, impacting aspirations, career confidence, and social mobility.

The high levels of poverty in the area not only affect the immediate well-being of our people but also have long-term implications for their education and future opportunities. Addressing these issues is crucial for fostering a healthier and more equitable community, where everyone has the chance to thrive and succeed.
